Adventure (3)

“Life”

You have so far understood that logic is right! You have to be logical in your life to lead a normal life, is it not so? Look at your normal life and ponder whether it is logical life. Take a moment. You have life in front of you.

Understand that life is paradoxical as it happens. You see, life brings about many things, grass, plants, trees, sky, sun, moon, stars and animals moving. It is a complete picture.

In that picture even you are present, complete as it is. Man completes the picture in life. Now, in this picture you can observe, you can read, knowledge is there, everything is there in front of you, so that it forms a complete base for you to look more deeply into life.

If you are logical, you have to be serious; there is no other go. If you are paradoxical, you will be steady because you have both sides of the coin in the same moment. Then you are calm and relaxed.

In this life you may observe there are many adventurers in life. If you are an adventurer in your life, there will be joy for you. If your mind is an escapist, then you will be logical in life.

If you are an adventurer, you will be paradoxical in life. And you so easily can become an adventurer. You need not have to sail a long distance, have problems on the way and so many other things. Then you discover something.

You can be an adventurer wherever you are, the moment you understand your mind. The moment the mind is understood, you are a big adventurer. You have discovered in your life without moving a step.

The wise understand that thoughts and words happen in life and they do not do it. They understand that it is an adventure to discover life as it happens. Then you will understand that it is an adventure to live life.

The mind wants the life that they want to be logical and not paradoxical. Paradoxical to mean, either this or that may or may not happen. The mind does not understand that life is paradoxical because the moment happens in life without logic.

The enlightened realise that life is an adventure every moment.

Editor’s Note:
Understanding is central in the evolution of a human being, who has come to accept logic as the norm for living: a process for arriving at conclusions through serious consideration. This article invites the reader to take a further step by inviting him or her to an adventure. We all love adventures, especially children. As we enter into adulthood, our daily life may become regulated by making plans and fulfilling conditions, whether we like them or not. We have come to expect logical outcomes for our endeavours and are disappointed when they do not materialise.
Life, however, as revealed here and elsewhere, knows no norms or regulations. The enlightened realise every moment of life as a paradox: it answers to no man or his norms. Understanding this reveals the adventurer.

German Translator‘s Note:
How logical thinking makes our everyday lives seem deceptively real is explained in this article and elsewhere. And yet the argumentation of this article is also logical. Logic can reveal itself as illusory. Such is the intelligence of life, which gives man the logic to manifest a reality in his mind that appears deceptively real, but which, by a deeper logic, can be understood as an illusion, if it is meant to be so. The adventure of life hidden from superficial logic is revealed to the deeper logic of wisdom.
