Opinions

“Change”

Every man and woman has an opinion about everyone and everything that exists. Every man and woman is governed by the opinions they have about everyone and everything that exists.

Their conclusions about everyone and everything that exists is dependent upon the opinions they have, which is the truth for them. The conclusions, however, are not the truth for everyone, because opinions about everyone and everything are not the same for everyone.

Everyone’s opinion, however, may or may not change, particularly the opinions of each other as married couples and between unmarried couples, friends, family members and colleagues.

The opinions that anyone has in any situation and circumstance may or may not keep him or her calm and composed. If he or she is calm and composed, they may still be neither calm nor composed within, but appear to be so due to social etiquette. Also, if he or she in any situation and circumstance is not calm and composed, it will be evident that they are not.

Therefore, it is important to understand what would keep man or woman calm and composed in every moment of any situation and circumstance in daily life, without the need to be so as a social etiquette.

Everyone also wishes and wants the other’s opinion in any situation and circumstance to change if it does not agree with their own. The other’s opinion may or may not change. If it does change, the opinion may not have changed, but seems to have changed if they agree with you as a social etiquette.

If the other’s opinion does not change, it will be obvious that it has not because disagreement will still be present and harmony in any situation and circumstance will be absent.

Therefore, it is important to understand what would keep man or woman in harmony in every moment of any situation and circumstance in daily life, without the need to be so as a social etiquette.

Children are calm, composed and in harmony in every moment of any situation and circumstance, because they do not have opinions of everyone and everything that exists in daily life. They also do not need other’s opinion to change either.

When deep understanding of children happens to adults that children are who or what they are and they cannot be other than who or what they are, the understanding indicates that it is the reason why children are calm, composed and in harmony in any situation and circumstance. This is the reason why every adult loves children.

When a deep understanding happens that everyone is who or what they are and cannot be other than who or what they are, everyone will accept the other as they are in any situation and circumstance.

Then he or she will always be calm, composed and in harmony with the other in any situation and circumstance, just like the children, and there would be no need to change anyone’s opinion about anyone or anything in life.

Editor’s note:
There are few of us who do not wish to have an identity or persona. The name given at birth is not enough for it is chosen by others. The resort given by life for establishing an identity or persona is by expressing an opinion, albeit illusory. This is regarded as an adult thing to do, the mark of an intelligent mind. Life has gifted children so that we may understand that love is not conditioned by the expression of opinion or circumstance. Love is life as it is in every moment.

German Translator’s Note:
There is nothing which is more dividing for humans than opinions, different and opposing. They are convinced to be the truth and nothing but the absolute truth. There is nothing which connects humans more with life as the insight that opinions may be different and opposing but they only represent a relative truth which has nothing to do with an absolute truth. Thank you, Dr. Shankar, for this peace making article “Opinions“!
