Sigrid, Munich, I listened to the Cd "NO" and it shocked me to realise how easily we say NO and by the way create distance, separation and future! How often the conditioned mind objects to life by saying NO and there is a hidden no when we complain, criticise, worry, mistrust, condemn, blame or try to change or prevent. Looks like daily life is percolated by NOs! This Cd helps to understand the functioning of the NO deeply! When we recognise that everything is happening as is meant to happen, we are able to accept and receive life as it is. Thank you so much for this CD and last not least my gratitude to all the helping hands of the academy who make CDs, DVDs, books and the website available.

I wish that a day comes that every one have this beautiful book with them, as we had the bible in previous times. A true guide. All those who can read this book are very blessed. It is a joy to read every word in every sentence, so precious to me now. I found it so easy to follow, good explained that opens the door to a deeper understanding. You are right the book explains itself, suddenly, unpredictably while reading or during the day or night, the understanding comes in words or as an observation in life.
Fredrick, Netherlands I have listened to the CD ‘NO’ already several times, so that the wisdom and eternal truth can enter thoroughly and completely. The understanding is not only about the deep meaning of ‘NO’, but also intermediates the profoundness of the ‘NOW’. Yes, the ego is not in the NOW. Our mind is/functions always in the future (the projected past). And every time we say no, distance, separateness is created. All criticism, non acceptance, condemnation is a NO to Existence. Beautiful how you explain that if you worry, you have no trust in Life (like saying No to Life). Quote: “let Life happen to you as it happens and receive it with Love and attention”. No is not just No, it appears in many forms like complaining, condemning, objecting, etc. What wisdom and what a joy to hear this and let it soak in. Thank you very, very much!
Diane, USA Beautiful in depth explanation and reminder that "no", complaining, criticizing, condemning, worrying, wanting someone or something to change, objecting the unstoppable movement of life is taking us away from life in the now and creates illusory separateness and future. I still remember you suggesting many years back when I was complaining a lot!! "Diane why say no? just say yes, for only that which is meant to happen will/can happen. It was a tough one to accept and understand, but I am so happy it resonated deeply and my life changed: meaning accepting life started happening versus rejecting life. Thank you forever for showering us with wisdom!

Elisabeth, Netherlands Why do problems come? Problems are nothing but conditions not yet fulfilled by life to you. Solutions are yet again conditions which reinforce your primary conditions. Energy as thoughts simply increases within your mind. The release of the sustained energy in the form of conditions plus conditions will give you a relief. What an insight to understand that the sustained energy of conditions plus conditions is rather stressful and that to release it will give relief. You will be problem free when you understand to receive life and accept life as it happens. The parable of the angel sent back to earth by God to realize that we do not know the big picture of what happens in life with our miniscule mind, is very significant. The wisdom is that life gives man what he needs to have, and all that is required is patience. Wonderful satsang.
